Lettings


To ensure property owners at Chelsey Village have the best chance of maximizing rental returns, Yigor Property Developments will be offering a range of professional lettings services to all its clients.

The rental scheme will be presented in two parts. The first, Chelsey Village’s unique “Try Before You Buy” scheme, which will focus on short term lets of 1–5 days. The scheme gives all potential property purchasers on a viewing trip, the chance to stay and sample Chelsey Village’s relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The second, will be a holiday letting service.

All residents and holiday-makers will benefit from Chelsey Village’s superb indoor and outdoor facilities, including; Boutique shops, restaurants, bars, 3 large swimming pools with pool bars, sun decks and a wide range of sport facilities, including tennis.

A regular shuttle-bus service will run to Kyrenia town centre as well as a number of local beaches.

The service fee for Andry Management will vary from 10% to 15 % for short and long term rentals.
